Every stay at The Reserve comes with keys to the whole property. The courts, the pond, the docks and the flat water beyond them.
Pickleball courts
Two community courts a short walk from every home. Bring your own rackets and balls. The courts are open to all guests of The Reserve.
Fishing pond
A quiet, bank-friendly pond on the property. Bring a rod; the bass are not guaranteed to cooperate.
Lake Travis & marina access
Direct access to 64 miles of open, unrestricted water. Boat, swim, wakeboard or water ski. Dock and marina available (fees may apply).
Firepits & outdoor lounges
Covered decks, gas firepits and lounge seating at the homes. Evenings outside are the whole point of the place.
Grills & outdoor kitchens
Most homes come with a grill or a full outdoor kitchen and a shaded table. Dinner rarely happens indoors here.
Game rooms
Shuffleboard, pool and ping-pong in several of the larger homes. The rainy-afternoon and late-night plan.
Gated private community
The Reserve is a private, gated lakeside community west of Austin. One road in, and quiet the whole way down it.
45 minutes from Austin
Close enough for a Friday afternoon escape, with the Hill Country Galleria, golf and local diners in between.
Please note: the pool, lazy river, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed for maintenance, projected to reopen in late 2027. Common areas at The Reserve are not managed by the rental team. Use at your own risk.
